Governance

Saint Bernard School is a separately incorporated nonprofit corporation established according to the provisions of the State of Connecticut. The corporation is governed by a Board of Directors who manage the affairs of the school according to its articles of incorporation and bylaws, and its mission as a Catholic school under the auspices of the Diocese of Norwich and the Xaverian Brothers (XBSS).

The Board of Directors includes the Head of School as well as alumni, benefactors, community leaders, educators, and representatives from the Diocese of Norwich and the Xaverian Brothers.
