New Student Checklist

• Finalize tuition payment

• Schedule a physical exam with your doctor and fill out the required school health forms:
  • Emergency Health Form
  • Medication Form
  • Letter from the School Nurse

• Request your school record to be sent to SBS (if you have not already done so).

• Return SBS Chromebook Program & Policy Form

• Review the School Dress Code

• Order School Uniforms
