Saints Robotics
Saints Robotics Team 119 was established in 2022 with nine students making up three high school teams. With the 2023 season, Saints Robotics has grown to 33 students in grades 6-12 making up six teams - two middle school and four high school.
These students come from all over southeastern Connecticut. The teams participate annually in a yearlong robotics challenge created by REC Foundation for VEX Robotics. Competitions take place all over Connecticut and Massachusetts, with larger competitions hosted in Iowa and Texas. Last year, Saints Robotics advanced to Regionals in Massachusetts, the U.S. CREATE Open in Iowa, and the VEX Robotics World Championship in Texas.
